PARTICULARS OF USE OF SERVICE

• Voucher is good for the type of Room selected.
• Voucher is valid for use 10 days from date of issuance and until expiry date.
• Voucher is restricted to 'Lean Season' schedule: 16 June 2012 to 15 October 2012.
• Purchase of voucher is not a guarantee of room reservation.  Book your room first before purchasing your vouchers.
• Rates are based on SINGLE/TWIN SHARING accommodation.
• Room rates and Extra Person vouchers are inclusive of buffet breakfast.
• Room rates are inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes.
• Only two (2) children below 12 years old, sharing bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation without breakfast.
• Voucher is exclusive of Roundtrip Transfers.
• Astoria Boracay shall not be held liable for any injury or accident arising out transport operators (land and sea transfers/island tour/airlines/shipping lines).

• A security deposit of Php 1,000 net room/night shall be asked from the guest upon check-in for possible incidentals, which is refundable upon check-out, if none.

• FORCE MAJEURE - The Resort shall not be held liable for failure to comply with this Offer due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of the management. 

PARTICULARS OF VOUCHER USE

• Voucher is valid for use from date of issuance and until expiry date.
• Printed voucher must be presented with a valid ID upon redemption.
• Voucher is non-transferable unless the buyer of voucher will submit a Letter of Authorization of Transfer along with a copy of his/her valid ID to the hotel/resort indicating that the voucher will be used by another person whom he/she so designates.
• Vouchers presented for use will be deemed to have been used by owner if the voucher is password-authenticated. Lost voucher passwords that are used are not replaceable.
• Only vouchers with valid voucher codes and passwords will be accepted.
• Voucher is not valid with senior citizen discount or any other ongoing promos.
